Passion is healing and amazing in itself. Of course it is good when people can know their passion and get paid well by doing it but, it is O.K. if you haven't find one when you start searching for your first job.
People feel they cannot do a job unless it is their 'passion', they start to question themselves, thinking something is wrong, and become dissatisfied with their work. One thing that we rarely know is that passions does not always last forever. Passion is a kind of feeling. It can change.
